NOMA-2000 Versus PD-NOMA: An Outage Probability Comparison

چکیده
Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is an emerging technique promising to accommodate the increasing data rate requirements of next generation networks. In power-domain (PD) NOMA, this challenge addressed by allocating two or more users on each orthogonal resource block while assigning significantly different power levels all users. Recently, interesting alternative conventional PD-NOMA has been NOMA-2000 where done using sets waveforms. letter we make a comparison these NOMA schemes based their outage probabilities analytical expressions are derived without any simplifying assumption about statistical dependencies caused presence than one user signal in block. These derivations validated computer simulation results, which appear tight agreement with analysis and corroborate claim that may outperform under realistic channel conditions overload factors.

Grant-Free Massive NOMA: Outage Probability and Throughput
In this paper, we consider a massive uncoordinated non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme where devices have strict latency requirements and no retransmission opportunities are available. Each device chooses a pilot sequence from a predetermined set as its signature and transmits its selected pilot and data simultaneously. A collision occurs when two or more devices choose the same pilot ...
متن کاملComparison Study between NOMA and SCMA
In this paper, the performance and system complexity of the candidate multiple access (MA) techniques for the next generation of cellular systems, namely, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) (in this paper, we consider power domain MA as NOMA) and sparse code multiple access (SCMA), are investigated. To this end, for each MA technique, a resource allocation problem considering heterogeneous c...
متن کاملNOMA: An Information Theoretic Perspective
In this letter, the performance of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is investigated from an information theoretic perspective. The relationships among the capacity region of broadcast channels and two rate regions achieved by NOMA and time-division multiple access (TDMA) are illustrated first. Then, the performance of NOMA is evaluated by considering TDMA as the benchmark, where both the s...
متن کاملPro- versus anti-inflammatory cytokine profile in African children with acute oro-facial noma (cancrum oris, noma).
Fresh noma is a severe orofacial necrosis with an astonishingly rapid development. It is seen mainly in malnourished children less than 4 years old from developing countries. Cytokines play a central role in oral mucosal inflammation. We therefore studied the relevance of circulating cytokines to noma, and the key microorganisms associated with the lesion. Nigerian village children with acute n...
متن کاملNoma: a neglected enigma.
Noma is a disease surrounded by riddles. It manifests itself only in the poorest populations in developing countries, enclosed by ignorance and extreme poverty. The worldwide prevalence of noma is unknown— estimates range from 30 00 0 to 140 000 cases. Most cases of noma worldwide occur in the so-called noma belt, which is situated directly south of the Sahara and runs across Africa from Senega...
